Psychiatry 2.0 is for holistic mental wellness. Anyone experiencing any sign or symptom of any mental illness will benefit from this program.
Spike (protein) Injury Recovery Program is for (as the name suggests ) anyone struggling with long covid, Covid vaccine injury, CFS, Fibromyalgia, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, and such chronic illnesses.
Ojas is for Ayurvedic wellness. This program will benefit anyone struggling with chronic ailments (pain, arthritis, hormonal disorders, gut issues, infertility and reproductive issues, skin diseases, hair loss, obesity, cancer, etc.) and those interested in enhancing their health/wellness with Ayurveda.

Dr. Aruna hosts the Discovery Call, and ample time (50 minutes) is reserved for this purpose. Please view our videos, our websites (this one and TrinergyHealth.com), our YouTube and Social media channels @TrinergyHealth, and come prepared with your questions.
The charge for this appointment is $300, which is charged at the time of scheduling the appointment. If you do not show up at the scheduled time or cancel without due notice (we require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule), this amount will compensate Dr. Aruna for her time. A refund in line with our cancelation policy is offered in full minus 6% to cover our admin expenses. If, at the end of the Discovery call, you decide to join any of our programs, the full amount of $300 will be applied to the total price of the program.
